- Select the Audit solution card.
- If you don’t see the Audit card right away, don’t worry! Simply click on “View all solutions” and select Audit from the Core section.
- On the Search page, and under Activities – friendly names, select Sharing and access request activities to search for sharing-related events.
- This will help filter the activities related to sharing or access requests, making it easier for you to monitor specific events.
- Select a date and time range.
- Pick the desired period within which the sharing events occurred. This helps narrow down the search to a manageable range.
- Select Search to run the search.
- Once you’ve specified your parameters, hit “Search” to see the results. The system will display relevant sharing events based on your selected criteria.
- When the search is finished and the results are displayed, select Export results > Download all results.
- After your results are shown, exporting them allows for further analysis or record-keeping. You can download everything for offline use.
- After selecting the export option, a message at the bottom of the window will prompt you to open or save the CSV file.
- You’ll get a pop-up to either open or save the file, depending on your preference.
- Select Save > Save as and save the CSV file to a folder on your local computer.
- Finally, save the exported data to a folder on your computer for easy access later. This ensures you can reference the event details at any time.
